How therapy works
I encourage you to bring your thoughts and feelings into treatment. These become the content of our conversations, and they deserve to be heard! We may discuss the internal and external difficulties or patterns you are having that are not consciously known or clear, gathering from past as well as present experiences. Or, we may choose a different approach. Your wants and needs are what will guide our conversations. This is your journey.
Sessions are 45-50 min in length. Frequency of sessions are something we can determine after our initial visit.
