Approach

& the foundations of our work

  • Ecopsychology observes the relationship between people and the natural world. It operates with the understanding that all things are interconnected.

  • Relationships change us. They shape our thinking and they provide us with our innate human need to connect. In therapy, it is important for us to explore our relationships, or former relationships, that play a role in our identities.

  • Who am I? Identity work is a key part of the therapeutic process. It is important for us to understand the different roles we play in our lives. Healing happens when we strengthen our sense of self.
